Rodeo Friends,
The 2008 KPRA rodeo season is officially off and running with the Membership Rodeos in the books. It is always fun times at the membership rodeo as everyone gets back in the swing of things as well as seeing everyone and renewing friendships after going in different directions after the fall Finals. The J-J Rodeo Co produced two great rodeos to kick off 2008 and we want to thank them for their dedication to the KPRA.
Many memberships were sold at the Membership Rodeos, but if you would like to buy a membership or renew your membership it is not too late. There is a membership application in The Rodeo News and on our web page www.kansasprorodeo.com. Just remember you must have your membership number before you enter the next rodeo or you will be charged a non-member fee.
The Rodeo News is the official paper of the KPRA, but the website is the official news site as it can be updated daily. So make plans to check the web page often for corrections or updates in between issues of the paper.
Sponsor packets will be available soon. If you would like one in order to help get sponsors for the Finals, please let me know and I will be happy to get one to you. The more you can help get sponsors for your event, the more added money you will have at the Finals.
Hope to see you all soon down the rodeo trail.
Until then!
Joyce
